UBTIS Pricing — Scope-Based, Transparent, From Dubai
UBTIS pricing is scope-based across both pillars. We share an indicative price band on the first call and a firm written quote within 24 working hours. Only two anchors are published: BPO from €3/hr per agent and Digital Factory from €15/hr per role. Freelance Talent rates are per-profile on request; UAE Corporate Services are quoted as fixed packages or annual retainers with government fees passed through at cost.
The final number depends on: volume (monthly contacts, tickets or transactions), language mix (EN, AR, FR and 26 more), coverage hours (8×5, 12×6 or 24/7), complexity of the workflow or codebase, jurisdiction for UAE work (Mainland / Free Zone / Offshore), number of visas and shareholders, transaction volume for accounting, and support level (Tier 1 / 2 / 3 and target SLA).

Why is UBTIS pricing scope-based?
A 3-agent EN pilot is not the same as a 40-agent 24/7 multilingual operation, and a Mainland LLC with two visas is not the same as a DMCC Free Zone setup with twelve. Publishing a single number would either overcharge small projects or under-quote complex ones. We share an indicative band on the first call and a firm written quote within 24 working hours.
What affects the final price?
For BPO and Tech Support: volume, language mix, coverage hours, channel, contact complexity and target SLA. For Digital Factory: squad size, seniority mix, stack, timeline and compliance constraints. For UAE Corporate Services: jurisdiction, number of shareholders, number of visas, activity type, transaction volume and required licences.
Is the estimate binding?
No. The on-page estimators are indicative only and exclude government fees. The binding number is the written proposal issued within 24 working hours, with itemised UBTIS fees, pass-through costs and assumptions listed.
Are UAE government fees included?
No. UAE government fees (DED, Free Zone authorities, GDRFA, MOHRE, FTA, notary, attestation) are pass-through at cost with original receipts. UBTIS service fees are quoted separately and never marked up on government fees.
Which currencies do you invoice in?
EUR by default for Pillar A engagements (BPO, Digital Factory, Freelance Talent, Tech Support), and AED for UAE Corporate Services. USD, GBP or SAR on request for enterprise contracts.
How fast can we start?
BPO and Tech Support squads: 2–4 weeks from sign-off. Digital Factory: 1–3 weeks to first sprint. Freelance Talent: matched in days. UAE Business Setup: 3–10 business days after documents (jurisdiction-dependent).
